The existing ceiling started cracking and sagging. a portion of the ceiling was removed and the original framing was reinforced, sheetrock was added, then taping and texturing to match.

Custom built pet enclosure for family dog. The dog now has access to the backyard from the "condo" and a comfortable secure indoor space when needed.
